Printing Instructions

Always print from your computer.
Paper size should be US letter size paper 8.5" x 11" inches (unless stated on the description that you should print it on a different size)
Disable auto rotation
Scale to 100% or actual size
Print the pages front to back in chronological order.
Manually flipping or using your printers double sided feature (not available on all printers)
